Menus change from week to week during each term, offering a huge amount of variety for students. There's also a few themed food nights throughout each term where students get to sample cuisine from all around the world!
Catered colleges
The Kensington Colleges (TKC) & Fig Tree Hall
The Kensington Colleges (Basser, Goldstein & Philip Baxter) and Fig Tree Hall are fully catered, providing breakfast, lunch and dinner for all residents in The Goldstein Dining Hall.
The Dining Hall is open during the mid-year and mid-term breaks but closes for the end of year break, re-opening when residents return at the start of the following year.
Goldstein Dining Hall meal times:
- Breakfast: Monday to Friday 7am to 10am
- Lunch: Monday to Friday 12.15pm to 2.15pm
- Dinner: Monday to Sunday 5pm to 7.15pm
- Brunch: Saturday & Sunday 10am to 2pm
UNSW Hall
UNSW Hall is part-catered, providing breakfast and dinner for all residents in the UNSW Hall Kitchen.
The UNSW Hall kitchen is open during the mid-year and mid-term breaks but closes for the end of year break, re-opening when residents return at the start of the following year.
UNSW Hall uses only halal certified meat and poultry supplies.
Meal times:
- Breakfast: Monday to Friday 6.30am to 9.30am
- Dinner: Monday to Sunday 5.15pm to 7.15pm
I love the support and social life that college life gives. I don’t have to worry about food and most importantly I love being able to wake up 5 minutes before my lecture starts!
