What’s included in the fees?
The fees for all colleges and apartments include all utility bills - electricity, water, and internet (Wi-Fi).
The catered colleges (Basser, Goldstein, Philip Baxter, UNSW Hall, Fig Tree Hall and International House) have breakfast, lunch and dinner included in the fees.
Colombo House is self-catered.
Basser, Goldstein, Philip Baxter, Fig Tree Hall, and UNSW Hall rooms are cleaned fortnightly.
Only the common areas of Colombo House and the apartments are cleaned regularly.

I want to terminate my licence agreement, what can I do?
