Can I find out my room number prior to checking-in?
Unfortunately, no . You’ll find out your room number when you check-in.
What’s the $1000AUD fee in advance payment and is it refundable?
A fee payment of $1000AUD is required in advance as a deposit guarantee to accept your accommodation offer. This fee will then be subtracted from your final accommodation fee instalment (provided your room is left clean and there is no damages to your room at the time of check out). Refund process
I applied and haven’t heard from UNSW Accommodation, what do I do?
We always do our best to stay in contact with applicants, but in the unfortunate circumstance where this doesn’t happen, please contact the Student Accommodation office with your details and we’ll get back to you.
Can I request a termination of my Licence Agreement before my arrival?
Yes you can . You may request an Early Termination in writing. If it is more than 14 days before the start of your Licence Agreement all payments paid will be refunded. If you cancel less than 14 days but before the commencement of your Licence Agreement, you will lose your Fee in Advance.
When does my 52 week contract start?
