What happens after I check-out?
After you check-out, we’ll complete our own inspection of the room or apartment.
If anything is found to be in an unsatisfactory condition, you may be charged any additional costs for cleaning or repairs.

What happens if I have something delivered after I move out?
Any items received after you check-out will be returned to sender . Please make sure you have all of your mail forwarded to your new address.
