Can I have mail, parcels or luggage delivered even though I’m not there yet?
Unfortunately for security reasons, we can’t store any belongings before you arrive.
You can order a linen or kitchen pack in advance, reducing the number of items to bring with you. Simply go to Suite Design to make an order and they can arrange easy delivery for you.
I’d like to have mail delivered, what address do I use?
If you’re having a parcel delivered , we recommend having it sent via registered post . You should also consider taking out extra insurance for any valuable items you’re expecting. UNSW Student Accommodation is not responsible for any missing or stolen items. Please make sure any mail is clearly
What happens if I have something delivered after I move out?
Any items received after you check-out will be returned to sender . Please make sure you have all of your mail forwarded to your new address.
What’s the check-out procedure?
We’ll inspect your room after you check-out , so please make sure you clean everything thoroughly to avoid additional charges.
