• I’ve checked-in, what’s the first thing I should do?

  • As soon as you move in, it’s really important to complete your room inventory/condition report via the online Resident Portal.

    You should note if anything is missing or broken in your room and this information will be passed on to our Facilities Manager for rectification. It also ensures when you check-out, you won’t be charged for anything that might have been damaged or missing when you checked-in.

    You need to make sure you complete this within the first 2 business days of moving in. Instructions can be found in your welcome pack.
