  • Cowper Street Apartments is located next to Randwick Racecourse and approximately 1.5 kilometres from UNSW. It is the perfect fit for students that are keen to live close to campus, but not right next to the lecture block. There is a light rail stop 3mins walk from the apartments that is one stop away from UNSW upper campus.

    Built in 1994, with 37 five-bedroom apartments. The average room size of approximately 10 to 12 square metres and rent is inclusive of utilities and internet. Your private single occupancy room is furnished with a bed, chair study desk and wardrobe.

    Services include fortnightly cleaning of shared spaces within the apartment and WiFi. Important to note -

    • Shared spaces in the apartments include lounge/dining area, kitchen and bathroom.
    • There are no lifts at Cowper Street apartments, only stairs (please be mindful of the items you bring and do not overpack)
    • Bed linen and kitchen equipment is not provided, please ensure you either order from Suite Design or bring your own to fit a king single bed
    • Smoking is not permitted
    • From time to time, UNSW Contractors may require access to apartments and rooms during business hours to complete minor works to apartments (notice will be given of requirements for access)
