Can I re-book the same room or apartment?
Possibly, for the apartments. Although we can’t always guarantee you’ll get the same room, sometimes we need to move students around to maintain gender balances.
Rooms in the colleges are organised by the Deans and are at their discretion.

Colleges Basser, Goldstein, Philip Baxter , Fig Tree Hall , and Colombo House have a king single bed and mattress, mattress protector, wardrobe with hanging space and area for folded clothes, desk and chair, set of drawers, ceiling fan, rubbish bin, and a pin board. UNSW Hall has king single beds

Cowper Street Apartments is located next to Randwick Racecourse and approximately 1.5 kilometres from UNSW. It is the perfect fit for students that are keen to live close to campus, but not right next to the lecture block. There is a light rail stop 3mins walk from the apartments that is one stop
Can I leave things in my room if I’ve re-booked for next year?
Unfortunately, no . Partly for security reasons and partly because you may be allocated a different room next year. Once you’ve checked out, anything left will be deemed as rubbish and removed as we need to get the room ready for the next resident. An item removal charge may apply if we need to
