• I’m locked out of my room, who do I call?

  • It’s your responsibility to carry your key/access card with you at all times and to keep it secure.

    Colleges

If you lock yourself out of your room during office hours (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm), visit the Student Accommodation office (Gate 5, High Street). You’ll be issued with a temporary access card to retrieve your card (if you locked it inside).

If you lock yourself out outside of office hours, contact the resident staff member on duty in your respective college. Repeated lockouts may result in disciplinary action such as fines or community service.

If you lose your card, you should contact the Student Accommodation office on +61 2 9385 4346, Estate Management on +61 2 9385 5111 and the Library on +61 2 9385 2650 so they can void your card and stop it from being used fraudulently. A replacement card can be issued by FM Assist for a fee.
