I want to terminate my licence agreement, what can I do?
If you wish to terminate your agreement prior to the end date on your licence agreement, you need to give us at least 4 weeks’ written notice.
You’re responsible for the continued payment of accommodation fees and any associated costs until we find a replacement for your room/apartment.
You’ll also be required to pay an administration fee equal to 2 weeks’ of accommodation fees.

Can I request a termination of my Licence Agreement before my arrival?
Yes you can . You may request an Early Termination in writing. If it is more than 14 days before the start of your Licence Agreement all payments paid will be refunded. If you cancel less than 14 days but before the commencement of your Licence Agreement, you will lose your Fee in Advance.
